Welcome to my monthly subscriptions, this choice was hard and while I would like to put out art all year and have constant updates, I'm unable to. I am a full-time student and work full-time, but I still want people to be able to purchase my art. So I decided to give the monthly subscriptions a try. Below are the terms and conditions for any and all purchases you make on this page throughout the year.

For each month, a new art theme/design will be the main focus for all items available for purchase. All purchases that support my art and business are appreciated, no matter how big or small. Orders placed will be fulfilled when shipping begins.

Each Month All customers will receive the following:

• 1 Custom Artist Letter
• 1 (4x6) Art Print
• 1 (2x3) Collection Card (Of the art piece that month)
• 1 (1x1) Custom Stamp Sticker(Freebie)
• 1 (3x3) Die-Cut Clear Sticker
• 1 (3x3) Holographic Sticker

Please note all sizes are approximate and may change due to art size and product material. Also please note all monthly themes will be open for 2 months in advance and all ship at the end of the second month.

Themes will be posted on my main social media channels, such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, within the first 3 days of the new month (unless anything is delayed). After the new theme is posted, the shop will be available for orders and subscriptions within 24 hours. Before the next month's theme starts, I will close all orders at the beginning of the last week for that month so I can begin packing and shipping all orders placed. (This is my first time doing all this, so it definitely will be a learning curve, and things can be subject to change.)

All orders will include tracking and shipping will be calculated during checkout!

Provide a valid address when placing an order with any shop so that all items can arrive at their forever home. If an incorrect or unfulfilled address is presented, I will attempt to reach out to the customer within 48 hours to get a correct address. If you do not respond within 48 hours I will cancel and refund your order. My business email is SySyStudiosLLC@gmail.com and my customer service email is SySyStudiosLLC.CS@gmail.com and these are the ONLY two emails I will ever use unless I update this information on my website page.

Payment is taken shortly after you click pay now once an order is placed. Although I understand that things happen and orders may need to be canceled before the end of the month closes. In this case please contact me through my contacts page as soon as possible with your name and order number so that I can cancel your order. Your cancellation and refund will be confirmed by email. I cannot provide refunds/cancellations after orders have been shipped.

Recycle all paper and plastic if they are no longer needed. Items are shipped with plastic and paper to protect them from weather such as snow/rain, and security seals, so the customer is the first to open them.

I understand it can be hard to do a month to month subscriptions sometimes and although some may want to purchase for that month they may just not be able to. All is ok and at the end of the year every item throughout the months will be collectively up for sale.

Why do the subscriptions then? Well the collection cards given each month for all items will not be available for the end of the year items sold(unless in the mystery balls). All bundles will be priced at $2 more than the monthly subscription price. The end of year sale will also have oops bags, and a mystery ball ordering system which will also include all items including the possibility to get any collection cards(although it is not guaranteed like it is with the month subscriptions).
